Joint Loss Management Committee (JLMC)

The Town of Center Harbor values the health, welfare, and safety of every employee and intends to provide a safe and healthful workplace. The Municipal Safety Program ensures the safety of all employees as well as the public in regard to the operations of the various departments. For the program to succeed, there must be continuous, active support from all employees, including those in supervisory and management positions.

The Joint Loss Management Committee (JLMC) consists of equal numbers of representatives from Labor and Management, with a minimum of six members. The chairman is elected annually from the membership of the JLMC. Meetings are held quarterly throughout the year and more often if necessary to carry out the required functions of the Committee.
