NO PETS are allowed on any recreational facility grounds.
NO activities other than those for their intended purpose are allowed on any facility grounds without the prior approval of the Center Harbor Parks & Recreation Director.
Pursuant to RSA 31:39, the Selectmen of the Town of Center Harbor hereby adopt this policy concerning the use of the Town’s Beach and all Parks & Recreation facilities.
1. All persons entering the Town Beach or any Parks & Recreation facilities are required to adhere to all policies.
2. The Town welcomes the use of its Beach and all Parks & Recreation facilities by all supervised minors with a responsible adult present.
- While at the Town Beach or any Parks & Recreation facility, minors under the age of 10 must be in the company or a parent or responsible adult age 18 or older.
- Parents or responsible adults, not Town staff, are responsible for the behavior of minor children at all times. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Minors are expected to comply with all posted policies of the Town Beach or any Parks & Recreation facility.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for the conduct of their minors on Town premises and must provide such reasonable supervision of their minors as is appropriate based on the age and level of responsibility of each child.
- Under no circumstances are minors to be left unsupervised at the Town Beach or any Parks & Recreation facility, nor shall a Town staff member transport a minor home or to any other destination.
- If a minor is found unsupervised at the Town Beach or any Parks & Recreation facility, a parent or guardian will be called to pick up the minor within 30 minutes; and if the minor is not picked up within that time, the Center Harbor Police will be called to take custody of the child and address the situation thereafter.
